2 The Buying Process
- You submit your device details online via our secure form
- We provide an estimated cash offer based on the details you provide
- The estimated offer is valid for 2 hours from the time it is shown
- Your final confirmed offer is provided after we physically inspect your device
- You have the right to cancel at any time before posting your device
- Once a device is posted, the transaction is in progress but you may still cancel before payment is sent
3 Device Condition
- Your offer is calculated based on the condition you stated at the time of submission
- If the device condition differs significantly from what was described when we receive it:
- We will send you a revised offer via email explaining the difference
- You may accept the revised offer, or request that we return your device
- All returns are FREE via tracked Royal Mail — we never charge for returning a phone
- We will never keep a device without your explicit agreement to the final offer
4 IMEI & Ownership Check
⚠️ All devices are checked against the UK stolen phone database. Submitting a stolen device is a criminal offence.
- All devices are checked against the UK National Mobile Phone Register (NMPR) and other stolen databases
- If a device is flagged as stolen, lost, or subject to an outstanding finance agreement:
- The device will be held and reported to the relevant authorities
- No payment will be made
- PUKI Devices accepts no liability for devices submitted fraudulently
- By submitting a sell request, you confirm the device is legally yours to sell
5 Payment Terms
- Payment is made via bank transfer or PayPal at your choice
- Payment is sent the same day your device passes inspection
- Payment is sent to the account details you provide — please double-check these carefully
- PUKI Devices is not liable for payments sent to incorrectly provided bank details or PayPal addresses
- If payment is delayed for any reason, we will contact you immediately
6 Data & Privacy
- Your personal data is stored securely and only used to process your sale
- We never sell your data to third parties — ever
- Data is retained for 6 months after your sale is completed, then permanently deleted
