PUKI Devices is a UK-based iPhone buying service operated by Kishan Ahir. We take your privacy seriously and are committed to handling your personal data responsibly and in line with UK GDPR.
2 What Data We Collect
When you submit a sell request, we collect only the data we need to process your transaction:
We do not collect payment card details. Payments are processed via PayPal or bank transfer directly.
3 Why We Collect It
- To process your device sale and generate a cash offer
- To generate a FREE Royal Mail postage label for your collection
- To send payment once your device passes inspection
- To communicate with you throughout the process (email and WhatsApp)
- To check your device IMEI against UK stolen phone databases
4 How Long We Keep It
✅ Your data is automatically deleted 6 months after your sale is completed.
- Active sale data is kept for the duration of the transaction
- After the sale is completed, data is retained for 6 months for legal compliance
- After 6 months, all personal data is permanently and irreversibly deleted
- You can request early deletion at any time — see Section 6
5 Who We Share It With
We share your data with as few parties as possible — only those required to complete your sale:
- Royal Mail — your name and address are used to generate your postage label only
- Shippo — our postage label provider; receives your address for label generation only
- No one else — we never sell, rent, or share your data with any other company, advertiser, or third party
