How do I know this isn't a scam?

PUKI Devices is run by Kishan Ahir, a real person based in the UK. You can see his name and photo on this page. We use tracked Royal Mail — your phone is insured in transit. Payment is sent via bank transfer or PayPal with a clear reference. We also provide a full written record of every transaction.

What if my phone doesn't match what I described?

If your phone is in a different condition to what was described, we will contact you with a revised offer based on what we actually received. You can accept the new offer or we will return your phone completely FREE within 3 working days. We never keep phones without your agreement.

How quickly do I get paid?

Payment is sent the same day your phone passes our inspection — usually within a few hours of receiving it. Bank transfers typically show in your account within 2 hours. PayPal payments are instant.

Do I need to factory reset my iPhone?

Yes please! Go to Settings → General → Transfer or Reset iPhone → Erase All Content and Settings. Make sure Find My iPhone is turned OFF before sending. If you're unsure how to do this, email us and we'll guide you through it step by step.

My phone is cracked — will you still buy it?

Yes! We buy cracked and scraped iPhones. Just be honest about the condition in your form and select "Poor" as the condition grade. We'll give you a fair price based on the actual state of the phone.

How do I find my IMEI number?

Dial *#06# on your iPhone and the IMEI will appear on screen. You can also find it in Settings → General → About → IMEI. The IMEI is on the SIM tray on newer models. It's a 15-digit number. We use this to check the phone isn't reported stolen — it protects you too!

What if my phone gets lost in the post?

We send you a tracked Royal Mail Tracked 48 label. Every shipment is tracked end to end. In the extremely unlikely event of loss, Royal Mail's compensation covers the value. We will always work with you to resolve any postal issues.
